Our Service 

1. At safespace.in, we provide content that helps you understand the various aspects of mental health and wellness. Our main goal is to make India suicide free and our aim is to make you aware so that you can be more in touch with your feelings and emotions.
2. We also provide various programs/trainings, workshops and merchandise on our website which can be found through the Shop and What Can You do links. These specific paid services are intended for those above the age of 18. If you are below 18 you are prohibited from signing up and using these services.  
3. The e-courses mentioned on our website are offered by our Partner organisation. On clicking the link to any of those e-courses you will be taken to psychalive.org. Please note that by using the code SAFESPACE you can avail a 10% discount on the courses offered by them. We have no control over the content of the courses or that website. You are advised to read their website and course related documentation before proceeding with the courses.  
4. The Suicide First Aid Qualification (SFAQ) is our training program that is accredited by City and Guilds of London and is open to all persons above the age of 18. You will be required to fill in an enrollment form before we can sign you up for our SFAQ program. Please note that in certain circumstances and depending on your response in the enrollment form we may feel that you are not a suitable candidate for the SFAQ program. Our decision in that regard shall be final. However, you are free to apply at another time. 
5. You can visit the Shop section of our website and browse and purchase any of the merchandise, self-discovery, and workshops that may be available. All payments regarding your purchase are routed through a third-party service called RazorPay. We do not collect any payment or financial information and you are advised to visit https://razorpay.com/privacy/ to review their data protection and privacy practices. 
6. We have a newsletter that you can subscribe to which will keep you updated about all our various products and services besides providing relevant mental health-related information.  
7. Our chat services are available from 10 to 5 pm. All information we receive via chat or otherwise will be held in the strictest confidence unless we feel it is imperative that we have to disclose your details to a caregiver or the authorities in cases of self-harm or potential harm to others.  
8. Please note that all personal information collected by us is governed by our Privacy Policy and we strongly urge you to review the policy before sharing any information with us.
