At Safe Space, we understand that trauma affects the whole person—mind, body, and soul. Our holistic approach integrates therapies that nurture physical well-being, promote emotional healing, and support soulual growth. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and other holistic practices are woven into our programs to complement traditional therapy.
In the mind, trauma shows up as stagnation, limiting beliefs, circular thinking, and fear-based living. We treat the mind with modern psychological techniques to give you clarity and release through patterns that no longer service you.
In the body, trauma manifests as illness, an inability to motivate, and feeling “stuck.” We treat the body with yoga and dance therapy to release trauma stored in your body and allow you to move and feel freely again.
In the soul, trauma causes dissatisfaction, unhappiness, and discontent. We treat the soul with meditation and mindfulness techniques to realign you with your true self and highest purpose.
Safe space will work with you to curate your healing journey based on your unique struggles, patterns and goals. A combination of therapy and healing modalities like yoga, breathwork etc. and regular check ins, we are committed to supporting you in your journey of transformation.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of profound healing, join us, and together, let’s unlock the doors to a Life Beyond Trauma.

In this sacred space, we come together as a supportive community, and foster empathy, release self-limiting beliefs, and explore the depths of our authentic selves. We will together allow the wisdom of the heart to guide us to a life filled with purpose, connection, and intentional living.
“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.” – Brene Brown
We all yearn for a sanctuary where our stories, our essence, and our experiences can be witnessed without judgment. By listening to our own narratives, we gain insight into recurring patterns of thought and behavior, allowing for healing and a profound connection with our authentic selves.
Through the practice of self-inquiry, we gather as a supportive community to nurture empathy, release self-imposed limitations, and delve into the depths of our true identities. Together, we embrace the wisdom of the heart, guiding us towards a life imbued with purpose, genuine connections, and mindful living.
Throughout the span of 8 sessions, we will:
Dance Movement Therapy
1 month
June 1st – June 30th 2024
(6.30-8 pm)
Every Wednesday & Friday
Our movement therapy program is rooted in the intricate connection between the mind and body. We recognize that whatever impacts our mental state also leaves a mark on our physical being, and vice versa. This can manifest as physical discomfort, ailments, stiffness, or even a lack of vitality in our bodies.
Over the course of this one-month program, our aim is to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms for a range of emotions by harnessing the body’s innate healing capacities.
We will employ various movement therapy techniques, including movement prompts, mindful movement, body-based activities, therapeutic movement, and free-flow movement, to facilitate this transformative journey.
Throughout this program, you will:
