We provide a live messaging/chat service. When the messaging/ chat option is used by you, the content of that chat will be recorded by us for our research and later engagement with you. Additionally, the content of the chat is stored on a third-party service called Ascend by Wix. The transcripts of all our chats are securely stored using their service and is accessible only to us.
