Beyond Addiction is a program designed for individuals seeking to develop healthy habits and overcome addictive behaviour. For health professionals, yoga teachers, CI practitioners and clients, therapists and anyone who works with addiction, this is a unique opportunity to bring a new understanding and awareness to a complex issue. For certified Kundalini Yoga teachers who would like to teach a yoga-based addiction recovery program, this is your first step towards this. Beyond Addiction programs have been offered since 2008, beginning in Owen Sound and Toronto, Ontario. Following this program’s incredible success, they are now taught internationally.
