Are you actively seeking profound self-understanding/self mastery? Do you struggle with being in a relationship with others ? Safe Space welcomes all individuals who are navigating the complexities of trauma. We’re ready to support you as you reconnect to life’s meaning and discover your true self.
Trauma often leaves us feeling off balance, disconnected, or afraid. Here, at Safe Space, we understand trauma and know that the first step to healing is recognizing the old patterns that no longer serve you – patterns that you developed to help you survive in your early years – where dependence on the caregiver was a matter of survival and the needs of being seen, soothe, safe and secure was not met in attachment to the caregiver. It was unreliable and unsafe , insecure and lonely. Because ,the wounds are created in a relationship – you therefore heal in a relationship- where we feel acceptance and compassion towards yourself .
Sign up for Safe Space if you recognize these patterns and choose actively and consciously to heal and move from powerlessness, pain and disconnection to – to embrace your authentic self – unburdened and free. In our community, vulnerability is celebrated, empathy is strength, and compassion is the transformative thread that binds us all together. We create the relational safety container for healing to occur in relation to self, the body , soul- and reconnection to wholeness.
